  • Run by COMPLETE idiots. They know nothing about hardware or gaming. They're worthless for customer service. THREE employees couldn't dispatch a line of a few customers. EVERYONE NEEDS THE KEY. Nobody knows what the HELL is going on. A 100% pure unadulterated ADHDfest. The perfect case study for a poorly run retail business. All sorts of goodies festering from what my guess is an absolutely terrible upper managment. Newsflash managment, get some f-ing KEYS MADE! One guy looks like he is half dead and over worked. Another one just loves to chat and takes his sweet time no matter what. The manager is always AWOL and so is the key. Hey here's a novel idea, since you're a tech related company WHY NOT USE SECURE KEY CARD ACCESS FOR EACH EMPLOYEE??? Management: Why not innovate, improve, and help your employees do their job? Employees: Quit your job or get with the program. If they don't pay you enough WALK OUT. I am NEVER going to a game stop again in my LIFE.
