If this is "authentic" hong kong food like my friend states, I'm going to have to cancel any future tickets to Hong Kong I may have. Maybe growing up in the suburbs has given my palate a bias towards Americanized Chinese food, 'cause this stuff I just couldn't stomach.
Much of the food is way too oily. It's a shame really cause the sauce tasted good but it was just swimming in oil. I need to find me a PF Chang (don't hate).
