  • If could rate the billing department ONLY I would give them 0. My coverage for tubal was 100% covered I needed this surgery done so they tell me I have to pay $404. They wouldn't put me on the schedule until it was paid so- I paid. I happened to need another surgery and went to review my coverage (per moms instructions) and saw that I was 100% covered for the previous surgery. I tried to get a refund, because me being a mother of 4 that works hard, pays bills and follows the rules doesn't have $400 to lose and guess what? The insurance told them to collect hat amount- BUT THEYSHOULD HAVE SEEN THAT MY TUBAL LIGATION WAS 100% covered and I shouldn't have to pay anything. But they coded t as diagnostic which my insurance says caused the amount owed. Bannner won't work with me and my insurance said they couldn't submit a claim after 365. I wish I would have never seen my EOB for 2015. I'm so upset and out 404. I will tell everyone I meet to NEVER use BannerDel Webb due to their unwillingness to correct this clerical error. -updated never received a call or number from the response below.
