I can't believe how crummy their customer service is. I will never return to them again because of the little value they place on keeping loyal customers! They treat the new sign ups great, but when it comes to taking care of a customer and not loosing them, they don't understand the concept. We signed up for a 2 year contract for Internet and phone at $45/m. A month after signing up they call with a special deal for cable so we sign up for a month to month deal which makes all three $80/m. Smooth sailing....until now one year later and they send a bill thats double. We call to find out why and apparently their rates have gone up. We're not too big into cable so cancelling was not a big deal and it was month to month anyway. However, my internet is a different story. We were in a 2 year contract and they changed rates while we were in contract. How can they up their prices while we're in contract, if we break the contract there's a fee. Horrible way to treat customers!!!! I can't wait for the day Cox communications goes out of business!!!!!!!
