  • Let's just say I will NEVER give my business to this place based on the sheer fact that I walked in today to ask if they offer gel manicure services. This woman said yes, I asked how much and she replied $25 and this is where it went completely downhill.... I proceeded to ask if they use OPI products (I am a snob about my products and want the best) and this is where she proceeded to throw a dingy hand towel over her shoulder and with a snotty reply answered to me "we have many products"! That's not what I asked.... I specifically asked if they used OPI products (a simple "yes, we do" would've sufficed).... And I asked again, "do you use OPI products"? And in the most rude condescending reply I have EVER heard she answered "I told you, we have many products"!!! She scowled, turned around and started walking away..... That's when I replied "okay, I heard you the first time and this is THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I will not be coming here"!!! Nice way to make a first impression lady and long lasting at that!! There was nobody in there either oh, and apparently it was take your kid to work day because he was the only one who greeted me kindly at the door.... Needless to say, this establishment will most likely go out of business due to their lack of customer service... Will NEVER step foot in that place ever again!!! Can't even post without giving a rating!! So, I actually give them a ZERO but to post, I have to give them 1 undeserving star!!!!
