  • My Home warranty coverage sent these crooks out. They charged for multiple "services required" for my new HVAC unit that were required by the City of Las Vegas in order to pass inspection. Items like disposal, permit and final inspection. I had to call them multiple times to get them to do the install (ok this might have also been patially on the Home Warranty company...but A&R never bothered to tell me) Then they did the install and left. I noticed they didn't install the drain down spout (3 or 4 pieces of PVC) for which they charged me $125. They said they scheduled the final inspection with the city and that it would be done the next day. Two weeks later I had to go through my Home Waranty company again to get the status of the final inspection...they're now telling the HW folks they were just about to schedule the inspection for tomorrow. What an interesting coincidence...NOT. Be leary and watch them. Get on the roof and watch them. Had my unit not been a comlete loss, their diagnostic techniques would have easily lead to, "You need to replace your sheet mettal as it is severely bent" They're technicians will try to claim they don't know English...bull S*%.
