| - This place is really top notch - the food is high quality and delicious, and there's a ton of variety, plus creative offerings that you don't normally find at a buffet.
The food changes over time obviously, but what is consistent is that it is well-prepared, tasty, and interesting. A few favorites are the french toast at brunch, fried chicken (they use dark meat, thank goodness), carving station meats (don't miss the sauces!), and there's usually something interesting in the Asian or International themed sections (last time I was there, I saw bone marrow, roast pork belly, paella and head-on shrimp). For dessert, don't miss the gelato and chocolate covered strawberries.
Service is wonderful as well - everyone is friendly and genuinely seems to want you to have a good experience.
This will be my go-to buffet in vegas, especially after my extremely sub-par experience at the Wynn buffet.
