  • I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again if I can help it thanks to the location on Fish Hatchery Rd. Experience #1: I went in for an oil change, and to get my fuel filter changed. I was there for about an hour and a half- these things should take, at the most, 30-40 minutes (they were not particularly busy that day). Experience #2: I went in for an oil change, sat in the waiting room for the customary 45 minutes plus, then was told that my truck wouldn't start. I just about had a heart attack, thinking that my starter was broken, and imagined that I'd have to arrange for a tow truck, etc. After messing around under my vehicle for a bit longer, the employees told me that the guy doing the oil change had disconnected something under my vehicle, which made it unable to start. In general, I think this place has a high employee turnover rate and hires people who know next to nothing about cars. Beware- going there is NOT WORTH the $10 coupon.
