| - Horrible service. I went in, and met with the most unknowledgable sales staff, just my luck. She didn't even speak english well.
We test drove the 2009 CRV. I asked when the 2010 model will come out, she said later this month. I said I should wait then, since I will get a deal on the 2009 models then. Her reply, "No you won't, they will be the same price since the model design changes every 5 yrs only".
Well if they are the same price, then I'll get the free upgrade to the 2010 model, since it would at least boost the value of my car if I were to sell it (1 yr newer).
We also asked her what the difference between EX and LX CRV models is, she said just the sunroof. There are more differences than that though, but based on her description, I wouldn't buy the EX.
In the end, we like the CRV. And we'll likely buy the CRV, but not from her. She does not deserve the commission associated with my sale. She should at least know something about the cars, the market, and be able to talk intelligibly about the features of the car.
Not going to this Honda again, I dont care if its the closest one to where I live.
