  • I rented a car from this location a few days ago through my insurance and they did a great job. I was upgraded to a nicer car because they were out of the compacts I wanted and the VW they gave me drove great and was very clean on the inside. When I returned the car I forgot to get my house and work keys off the keychain and to top it off I forgot the spare key at home. Even though it was near closing time for them, the branch manager drove me in her personal car to retrieve the spare key and she let me in the building to get my forgotten keys. The $50 deposit was put into my account the day after returning the car, and the guy I dealt with was very friendly. Thats what i call going the extra mile for the customer! The only reason this gets a star taken off is because I waited about 45 minutes for them to get the car cleaned out. Great job overall though and I'd go here again without hesitation. 4/22/2015 So I had to rent a car from them again because someone smashed into my parked car. At first i was upset because I was told that I had to be put into a massive cargo van because they didn't have any cars to rent. I was already frustrated with having my car hit but Evan did a fantastic job of keeping his cool even when I wasn't always keeping mine, and promised that they should have a car for me first thing the next morning. Sure enough the next morning comes and I get put into a Chrysler 200 and the girl working the desk (I think her name was Kara or something, I really with I could remember her name) was awesome, as was the guy who got me situated and even showed me the dashboard and how everything worked on it. I haven't returned it yet and I'll update this review if there are any hitches when my car is fixed, but as of now they did fantastic and I couldn't be happier with their service.
