Overall, I was left unimpressed with this location. Sure it's their biggest location and as it happened, it also gave the most disappointing experience. For some unknown reason, one of the staff was unenthusiastic when serving two of my friends. Perhaps she did not wake up on the right side of the bed that morning. Also, I know ROSSO's interior choices are more modern and is reflected in their overall aesthetic but please, must we really be tortured by regular radio music? Where is the taste? Also the way the tables are arranged is very ergonomically unfriendly. My friends had to go behind somebody in order to go into the middle of long table by the felt mural. That somebody was not pleased. May I suggest reconsidering a better set up for the tables? This location needs some serious restructuring and TLC.
