  • I felt the need to write an update about AAA cooling specialists. After I called them and left a message about my poor experience with the person who answered, someone called me back and explained that the person who had wrongfully worked on our A/C was new to the company and offered to make things right. I will continue to use AAA Cooling for our summer/winter inspections, but I will make sure to be more involved with the process until I truly feel comfortable with them again.
