  • I purchased their unlimited Groupon deal thinking I'm getting a fantastic deal but it turned out not to be such a fantastic deal afterworld. Their scheduling is awful. If you have to reschedule your appointment you are waiting another month before they can fit you in. The appointments are short, you are in and out within 20 minutes, I don't understand how they can possibly be so booked up that you are waiting so long for available appointments. Their locations are also not conveniently located so you end up putting a lot of miles. One of my appointments for Arms and Legs they had to split up so for 1 session I have to come on 2 separate days. Due to their limited scheduling options I would not recommend them to anyone. Knowing what I know now I rather pay more and go somewhere where they have more availability and can see me on my schedule and I don't have to take time off work to do this. It was the most ridiculous conversation I had to have with my manager asking for time off due to hair laser appointment.
