This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had as a customer with at &t I have been a customer for 10 years . The whole issue I have had with my experience is the sheer lack of common courtesy & respect. The assistant store manager of this location applied almost a $400 payment to my account that was meant for another customer. Because of lack of paying attention, and completely screwed up the setting on my account after I made a $500 payment. Toward my bill that same day the mistake was all done within a 40 min period. Not only was my phone shut off, but after doing a company investigation. The store manager himself Phil didn't even have the common courtesy to notify me I'm appalled and disgusted. If I had to recommend a phone company it definitely wouldn't be at & t please watch your phone bills guys. The fact that it's taken them over a week to fix the problem, and it still hasn't been resolved is just disrespectful. This is a billion dollar company, and you have no common decency towards your customers what a shame!
