  • Looking forward to a massage for myself then my husband while we were visiting Chandler. Booked weeks in advance, gave credit card and then forwarded address where we were staying. At scheduled time no therapist. Phoned DeeDee-she gave no explanation and said she could have someone there in 1.5 hours which would interfere with our plans. Scheduled to next day. Deedee showed up at rescheduled time but her massage was just ok- it wasn't the pressure which was fine but she seemed rough. I told my husband she had "angry hands". Not as relaxing as I would have liked. I paid in full, but was surprised when there was no offer of comping any services for screwing up the plans the day before, then I was shocked when she had the gall to comment "tip wasn't included and we really need that for the gas".
