While the beer scene has steadily grown in Charlotte, Triple C took my heart early as one of the best breweries around. I enjoy their cozy space, creative brews, and fun events that make them really feel like part of the neighborhood.
As for the space, super dog friendly! We bring our dog regularly without any issue. In addition to a rustic industrial space inside they also have a nicely sized patio when the weather is nice. Normally a food truck is parked out back (you can check their facebook to see who it is in advance) so you can eat there as well. Also they do a great job with events. I've been to their birthday bashes in the past which are always fun and they do a regular yoga and run club meetups.
As for the beer, they are best know for their baby maker DIPA. Solid beer. Also if you like to try heavier beers they have a great selection of aged beers. I got a bourbon barrel aged (BBA) porter on my last visit and have even seen rum barrel aged (RBA) stouts! Normally I can only get one cause they drink heavy, but fun to know those options are well done in Charlotte.
Overall I stand by my claim as Triple C being a great place to take friends when you want to give them a good taste of the Charlotte beer scene.
