  • I can assure you is that the Mechanic shop is a Very dishonest group of employees. I took my car there a few months back, long story short it came back with more problems then it had. Jose whom swore he did all the work and assured me it was correct had another employee in the back speaking about the car and how they didn't fix it and just sent it on it way but charged "the guy" anyways; not realizing anyone was in the shop. This is after I had already paid without looking at it(dumb idea) and trusting Jose when he said "it runs perfect". After Jose tried to lie and say he was joking, he "offered" to go through the car once again after I asked for my old parts back but they didn't exist, because the old parts were still on the car. Moving forward, I sat there for 3 hours watching him and his staff fix the car with new parts. That didn't go well, as he turned it on there was a big clunk and realized they hadnt put something together right. After that they went back through it which took another 3 hours and "fixed it", which it was fixed he said he would need someone to do some more tests and it would be a couple days and wait on a part to get in that he would pay for as well. This was a joke, 2 weeks later they got to my car again, the guy(outside mobile diagnostic company) who did the test,told them and me in front of each other that they didn't know what they are doing and shouldnt be working on cars. Long story short, I took my car to another shop and they fixed it in a couple hours and at a better price. I also did a charge back o my credit card, and won the dispute with them. Hope this helps your decision- they are crooks.
