rev:text	Didn't know if it would be the right time to sell and downsize as we had been thinking of. We walked into Rick Brenkus Realty after having heard about the exceptional service and experience from a popular talk radio show. With absolutely no pressure at all, Rick presented us with the answers we were seeking and within about ten days from our initial meeting, we had an offer to purchase our home at the price we knew was within the market range at the time. The entire Brenkus team was and still is phenomenal since they not only represented us in the sale of our home but are currently doing the same in the purchase of our new downsized home as well. Rick, Lesa, Oshgene, Alex, Leslie and all the great support staff have been awe inspiring. Definitely and highly recommend this great team. If you want it sold and have high expectations, this is the team to have in your corner.
