I went to this Fry's on Sunday 3/18/2018 around 4:30 pm. The store was a disaster. The produce department was a mess. Half the shelves were empty or very low with product. It looked dirty and not appealing at all. I blame this on bad management. (when I got home, the blueberry's had mold on them) I then went to the deli department. The numbers were empty and I was the 12th person in line. I waited 20 minutes to finally get waited on. I wanted fried chicken but they said they were out of it. How do you run out of fried chicken at 4:30? They had 3 workers behind the counter going as fast as they could. I felt bad for them. Customers were complaining. I blame this on bad management. I then went to do my grocery shopping. Again, many shelves were empty or really low. It looked terrible. I went to the bread isle and the bread I use was on the bottom shelve. It looked like they were out of it so I bent over and saw some at the back. I had to actually get on my hands and knees to reach in and get what I wanted. Again, I blame the manager. I'm 65 years old and shouldn't have to do this to spend my money at your store. There are many other grocery options in the area and now I'm going to start checking them out. Whoever is the Manager of this store should be ashamed of running such a shoddy business. I don't understand how he still has a job there. This is not the first time this has happened.
