  • This is a horrible store, but like an albatross i am tied to it for this last appointment under warranty. Last year i ordered 4 of the Big O tires. 1000 bucks okay. I come to pick up my truck and they "didnt have those in stock" and they put discoverer tires on, telling me i have the warranty, not even calling me to ask if thats what i want. $50 visa card was supposed to be part of the deal, all something George the manager was supposed to take care of. After 3 trips back to the store, each time being assured someone will get this processed, the time frame lapsed so i got screwed out of that. Didnt get the tires i wanted, didnt get the rebate they promised. Set up an appointment at 4 pm to get my alignment and they didnt get my truck in a bay until 430. Each time i have come in,no one ever wanted to make anything right, they just wanted to pass the buck, saying they fired George but they would take care of it, and they never did.. After today i am forever done with Big O tires. Avoid this store.
