  • Got a BOGO coupon that expires April 22. Went to redeem on April 22 and the lady at the cash said "yesterday" I showed her the text and coupon that said expires April 22.. and she repeated "yesterday." I mentioned to her that today is the 22nd. And she just walked away from the cash letting out a huge sigh. She didn't speak to anyone else.. so I approached someone else behind the counter who tried to explain to me there was a glitch in the system and they will not honour the coupon. I was pretty disappointed in the way the girl dealt with situation and even more disappointed in coco not honouring the coupon. Never coming back. Glad there is an Alley close by with actual customer service.
