  • My 2004 Saturn Ion aka "Brenda" decided to fall apart for the very first time ever and the closest dealer was of all dealers was a Cadillac dealer. Since it was Friday evening & a holiday weekend I was told She would need to stay there until Tuesday of the following week since Brenda was deemed unsafe to drive. Morris Cadillac made their shuttle available to me for a ride home which was wonderful. I need to give kudos to their shuttle driver, I believe his name is Greg (not sure) he was truly heaven sent, I can't begin to tell you what a pleasant gentlemen he is. I thought my spirits were going to be down because of having to spend the holiday without a car plus the fact that I left my apartment keys in the car at the dealership, but he left me in such a great mood I didn't mine being car less. He stayed with me until I was safely in my apartment. He even went to the office explained why I was keyless & asked for their assistance to gain entry to my apartment. I just can't say enough about what a wonderful impression he makes for Morris Cadillac.
