  • So, I really like urban wax. Every time I have been there the staff has been awesome. The girls at the front desk are always so nice and don't oversell their product (which I love, because I hate when people are super pushy). I like the idea of a free panty with every wax, kind of like a little incentive for the pain you just endured haha. The only thing I didn't like was the first time I was waxed, my waxer was super rude and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, like when I questioned about changing in front of her or using a drape she made me feel like I've never been to a REAL waxing place...because "only salons do that"- which is NOT true. She also made multiple comments like "It shouldn't hurt this bad if you get waxed frequently"- which I told her I had been kind of on and off about for a year. Overall her attitude was annoying and super bitter...but I will have to say that she did an AMAZING job...so I guess withstanding her presence was worth it haha. I'll definitely be back, but hopefully with someone better!!
