I'm a regular bus rider with Greyhound and if there was another option to get to Boston I would definitely be using that instead of Greyhound. I went in person to get a ticket from Mtl to Boston because their online site was not working. When I entered my destination it said that "there were no longer any routes for the one that I asked". Prior to going in person, I called customer service to make sure that they still had rides to boston. Person on the phone said that there were no bus rides from montreal to Boston and I asked asked again clearly "There's absolutely no routes fro Montreal to Boston? So if I go in person, they would tell me the same thing" & her response was "yes". Tested my luck and went in person to see if I could get a ticket. Ticket guy sold me a ticket & I Asked if their website was working alright and he said "yes" and brushed me off. I told him again, he should at least pretend to look at the website when someone asks about it. So pretty much greyhound.ca website isnt working and their staff are useless, unfriendly people that do not care about anything except chit chatting with other staff members. Greyhound often overbooks, wifi NEVER works, seats are dirty and service at Greyhound is literally one of the worst things I have to deal with. Not to mention their tickets from Mtl to Boston is $102!! Insane! I hate Greyhound.
