  • Saturday I was in shopping for a drill and a very nice man Dan who helped me get a drill and some bits. I went back today after the location on craig decided to not help me. Again needed help as the item I needed was empty on the shelf. An employee found more and got it. Dan was also there and said that I was getting the best one and gave me tips for using the drill. Customer service is the key. I'll drive a little further for a friendly store.
