  • Lovely. Really enjoyed this place, Cygnet feels good. I usually walk by there later in the day, when it's more relaxed. But this morning I walked by early and Cygnet was a hub of activity! Families and kids and professionals and hipsters and academics, a really nice microcosm of the neighbourhood. There is a huge illustrated map that covers one wall. Good music was playing. I ordered a chai latte and was offered whole milk with a splash of vanilla, two things I love in my chai. The latte was made with real tea, steeped to order, with loads of creamy foam. Loved it! Really tasty. Baked goods looked amazing, looking forward to trying them. Coffee guy (owner?) was super nice and genuine. This place just has a really strong authentic vibe, and I'm all about it. Check it out!
