  • Please explain to me why there are only 4 employees working. I cannot stand Cox with a passion and wish another provider would come into the valley. Secondly, when you have a million people waiting there is truly no need to walk each customer to the OPEN DOOR and tell them have a great day. NO, how about you just stand your ass there and call the next person.
