  • Worst local business I ever dealt with. IBrought my Dyson vacuum to Elite Vacuums Plus for a repair estimate. I was contacted a few days later that the repair would cost more than a new vacuum. I declined to have it fixed and when I went to reclaim my Dyson vacuum from Elite Vacuums plus an elderly gentleman told me he could not find it and to call him in a few days for him to check another location. We spoke a few days later and no lucky finding my Dyson. I then gave a week more and called back to see if they found my Dyson vacuum cleaner. At that point I was told they no longer have my Vacuum. I asked the elderly gentleman who seemed to be the owner of Elite Vacuums plus what he was going to do. The elderly gentleman became very rude and said nothing except sell me a vacuum if I needed one. he flat out told me loosing my Dyson vacuum was not his problem was mine.
