  • Clearly this is a service that it is unfortunate we had to use. However, regardless how sad and unfortunate the circumstance was, we couldn't have asked for a more warm, peaceful, and compassionate experience from Dr. Veena. It must be soul crushing work doing what she does, but the way in which she communicates and operates made us very thankful. Our pup was only 2.5 years old but had a congenital kidney disease since she was young. She took a turn for the worst very quickly. Dr. Veena's communication and availability made it possible to send our girl out in the most comfortable way we could have hoped for within 24 hours of contacting her. She personally delivered the ashes to us about 10 days later, sooner than we expected. The pricing was on par with other similar services. They also take a paw impression mold for you as a keepsake. Another bit that we found helpful, was that they communicate well through text message. Which, if you are like us, was easier to do than breaking down when trying to talk about it over the phone.
