  • Walked in this salon because I had a coupon ($59.99 color + cut + style). The hairstylist did a very good job on my hair color, very thorough, but I was never shown any haircolor samples to choose from. The color was chosen for me. In this case it came out OK. As for the cut, the hairstylist also did a wonderful job that gave me a new look. When all was finished, the bill came to $84.99 because I got slammed with a charge of $25 for blow dry. I was not asked if I wanted my hair blow-dry or not and I was under the impression it was part of the package. Why wouldn't it be ? $25 for a blow dry is steep in my opinion. Later on when I asked about their standard charges for various services, they pointed out the board on the wall, so I did not pay attention when I walked in. By the time I got home, there were hair dye spots left on my ear, my cheek and next to my temple. After what's been said, I do like my new look. I can't give a higher rating because of the extra expensive charge on top of the coupon offer and the hairstylist did not clean up the mess on me. I can't say I will go back there for sure at this point.
