  • Not a good first impression. Food was great, burger had nice flavor however customer service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes before we were acknowledged by the waitress, and not before we had to get up and ask the wait staff behind the counter why other patrons were given menus and drinks before us. I didn't notice any management visible or available.
