  • I found a reclining couch and a chair that I really liked. The sales team was great but the manager killed the deal. If you want to pick up the furniture instead of having it delivered, they charge $39. That's right, the customer pays to have the merchandise delivered to the store!! When I questioned it, the store manager said people pay it (he was very smug about it). Anyway, we decided to have it delivered and I questioned the $99 delivery fee. I said it was more than his competitors (RC Willey). He told me to shop at RC Willey!! Okay!! No problem!!! I left the store. First time in that store too. Before leaving, he offered to pay 1/2 the delivery charge. Not sure if I'm doing the deal or not. I don't like rude people and he was pretty rude. I gave 2 stars because the sales team was good.
