  • Sauceman's is my favorite BBQ in Charlotte. I brought someone here for the first time last week and we shared a platter with several sides. It was great. I asked the person ringing us up about the fried pickles because it looked like they had taken them off of the menu, and he offered to go back in the kitchen and make some. I love the renovation with the bar, as well. It has a much more "Charlotte" feel now.
