  • Took my birds there when I first started rescuing them. First bird was paralyzed with broken back & never given pain meds. Second baby bird I was told had something wrong with her toe called bumble foot & he just put a bird down the previous week for same thing. She does not have that! Third bird I was told had mites, but luckily at this point I realized I need to start going elsewhere. Followed up with a vet who ran tests unlike MV & it was a bacterial infection. Also, whoever attempted to clip my baby's birds wings, was supposed to do a slight clip, but HACKED her wings. They cut them completely wrong so she will never be able to regrow flight feathers and be able to fly. I took her to a specialist in another state and they were floored at what they did to her wings. How sad for a bird that can live for 60 years to be stripped of this. Very disappointed in my experience with my birds here.
