I have spent over $5,000 in the past 8 months with Molino Home Furnishings and Patio and besides the 4-6 weeks they typically take to finish the furniture I have had an ok experience. I needed two end tables that went with my outdoor furniture and I was told they would have that done again in 4-6 weeks. I call the office going on the 6th week and Steve tells me they are slammed with business and they are running behind which I understand. Then we were gong on 3 months and I called them again rather then them reaching out to me keeping me updated and spoke to Steve. Once again telling me they are still "slammed" and just full of excuses about HIS business which no customer wants to here. Rather than having some empathy he just gives me the it is what it is and still said he's "probably" 2-3 more weeks out. I told him since I paid in full with cash to save him CC processor fees I MAY just want to get my money back IF it's too much longer and he said if you want to do that no problem. So I called yesterday 2 weeks after that conversation and he said yes they are done but I sold them to someone else. Steve didn't even call me!! Waited patiently over 3 months after I paid in full to him to sell them to someone else. One of the worse customer experiences I have had and especially directly from the owner of the company. The outdoor furniture is very expensive but I like giving a small business the opportunity and unfortunately Steve the owner just doesn't care about the customer like other small businesses. He didn't even offer to try and make it right because apparently he's "slammed" with enough business.
