A very dishonest shop. I had a very nice Bulova that Schmitt's Jewelers put a battery in free of charge. It ran perfectly. I had the stem out so the battery wouldn't run out. I wanted to open the back to get the model number or any other identifying marks inside for insurance and estate purposes. I couldn't do that so came here, because of all the positive reviews. He opened the back (not in front of me) but when I got home, the battery was missing. He probably is taking used batteries and selling them to another customer! And trying to sell me a battery? Shame shame shame! and be wary of the "new" batteries he is selling you!
