  • This place has gone down hill! Started off with wrong times posted on their website, the slingshot, a newer attraction is not running because of lack of staff, the pseudo manager came over to us an hour into our 2 hour jump time and said that we needed "rock n jump ONLY socks. Which are the same as every other jumping place in town. BUT WE HAD TO HAVE THEIR GREEN SOCKS to continue to jump. We were asked at the front desk if we had appropriate socks and we told them yes. Crummy customer service for a place that is this dead on a hot Friday in Madison! Did I mention how DIRtY the floors were? Gross, good thing we will be throwing these socks away! We won't be back....there are other choices who appreciate our business!
