  • Kevin is the best! He is the only one who called me back after i tried 3 other repair companies. I sent him a pic of the model number of my refrigerator via my phone. He told me exactly what the problem was on my model and told me how to fix it over the phone. Gave me the option to find the part myself or he would come out. I followed his instructions and fixed it. It was easy, I can't thank him enough!
