  • I was excited to try a new rental company. I had a reservation at 8:30pm. Plane came in early so I was thinking this process was going to be great. When I get there they have two people working with two customer at the counter and two more in front of me. I didn't care about that so I get to the counter about 9:45. I ask the young lady. Why does this take so long. I quote " well I don't know, why you in a rush anyway" hmm I didn't respond okay. So, she gets my information and says that your vehicle not ready you have to wait 30 minutes for it. I said kindly why it's the vehicle ready and my appointment was at 8:30. It's now 9:45pm. I didn't get my vehicle until 10:20 and when I received it. The only thing was the gas tank was full but the vehicle wasn't even cleaned. It had junk everywhere. Marks on the headliner and plastic parts. Coffee stains on the interior and pills wrappers. If I was anybody I'll think twice about this place. Great selection of vehicles. Customer service is definitely not on their priority. Not to meant people were coming and going as we waited very very disappointing.
