| - I don't like to call out a business, but we experienced terrible service here. After checking into our suite, we contacted housekeeping to provide dishes for the kitchenette, and no one came at all (until the next day!). The toilet flooded in our room. Our card key kept stopping to work, so we were repeatedly locked out of our room. One time, the front desk recharge machine was broken and we had to wait over 30-minutes for them to fix it. Last, at the pool, in the middle of the afternoon they suddenly started blasting DJ music WAY too loud. Guests literally started leaving the pool area because of the insane volume. Our young grandchildren were playing in the pool and it was a safety issue that we needed to be able to communicate with them. When I approached the DJ to request that he turn the volume down to a reasonable level, the DJ refused. Sadly, I had to speak with the Assistant Pool Manager, then the Front Desk Manager, finally the Pool Manager to get someone with authority to get the DJ to turn it down. Then, my wife noticed the DJ leave his station, approach another guest and point toward us as the reason the volume had to be turned down. How unprofessional! We will not be staying here next time in Las Vegas.
