March 3 I ordered & paid for a new recliner. It arrived after 3 weeks, but they ordered the wrong color, so they reordered it. The new chair arrived after 2 weeks in the same wrong color! Bobby apologized and said it was his fault for entering the wrong number.
It finally arrived after 6 weeks! The chair was to be delivered Sat. bet 3-6.
At 5 the delivery office & the driver called to say they were running late. The driver still had 4-5 deliveries. I said no problem, thinking it'd be there by 8 or 8:30.
At 10 pm, I hadn't heard anything so I left a msg for the driver & the office and went to bed.
At 11:45 PM the driver called me twice to say he just finished the last delivery & I am next!!! I told him NO, I was sleeping.
Monday I called the delivery office & she's telling me they can't deliver at 7 pm on Tues. - that it's after their hours! Are you kidding??!!
I asked how it was OK for them to deliver the chair after midnight on a Sat. night, but they couldn't deliver at 7 pm on a weeknight. More than 3 months & I still don't have the chair.
Unbelievable! Terrible customer service! This is my first... and LAST time shopping here.
