| - I make sure to come here often, need to make sure my tires are as safe as they can be while driving my friends and family around. The guys are always quick and professional, so why go anywhere else? There's another location closer to home, but I've been coming to this location for 19 years, so why change?! This morning I showed up and saw someone in the Air Check bay, so I pulled into the cue lane and waited my turn. I noticed they got rid of the "Line Starts Here" sign, but knew I was in the correct spot, when others lined up behind me. As I started to pull into the bay, another vehicle (who is NOT in line) honks their horn and pulls forward too. Now, normally, the technician running the bay would tell the person that was not in line to go there, but not this time. Today, the Supervisor, Fernando, made a big stink about me going first, instead of a big-breasted brunette in a small BMW SUV, with a dog that made more noise than a 1970's ambulance with a dragging muffler. Sorry Fernando, but not only was IN LINE, you also had no chance to get her number with that huge rock on her finger. Maybe I should go elsewhere from now on. Never have I ever seen these men and women treat a customer with such disrespect, just to check out a different customer that has obviously never been to a Discount Tire store in her entire life. Pathetic! How about we stop the confusion now and get the sign back?!
