  • Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. We called around to several places and American Cooling and Heating was the first one to say they could come out the same day, in a few hours. They said they would call right back to confirm and after an hour we called them to confirm. After waiting 4 hours for them to come we called to see where they were and got no answer. No one ever showed up and no one ever called us to let us know, leaving us in a 94 degree house at 11 p.m. trying to figure out what to do as the temperature continued to increase. I understand if you're busy and you can't make it out, but please let us know so that we're not waiting around and at least follow up that you're not coming. Unbelievable.
