  • I have rented at this location for over 10 years. I checked my unit today as I was alerted by a neighbor that the "air cooled" was not on yet this season. The hottest month of the year! Already 115 degrees! I was told that the district manager has not approved the turning on of this feature that we pay extra for. Several neighbors have mentioned that they we told that it would be turned on last week. I would believe that this must be the policy for the entire valley. Unacceptable. Update June 10. The DM returned my call. The decision about when to cool the units is not his. It is up to "Facilities" who will call the vendor, who will turn on the coolers. It has been over a month since the first 100 day but they are not SCHEDULED to be turned on until tomorrow. ???? David said the coolers can not be turned on until they are maintained.I could be snarky and say they must have been surprised it got hot, but THEY MUST BE SURPRISED IT GOT HOT. 50%increase in 14 months and less service.
