  • Guest relations is wonderful! They did everything they could to try to make my stay better. BUT last night....We came back to our room where we found that housekeeping was aweful. They left dirty, used tissue on the counter that was not there when I left, dirty ice buckets, used towels and wash cloths in and around the shower and didn not wash the tub. I know this because of the bubble bath I used the night before. It had bath beads in it that were still lining the tub. THEN when I called to ask for an extra blanket.......it took an hour and a half to get and the lady that delivered it banged on the door like a cop screaming "housekeeping" repeatedly so loud even the neighboring guests were looking to see what was going on at 2am and she almost knocked me over as she shoved the blanket into me before she walked away like a diva!!! I woke up to a bruise from that one!!! And if that wasn't enough.......I got bent over without lube at check out too!!! Yesterday. Tried to pay for the additional night at the adjusted rate and was told repeatedly that it was "paid in full" and when I went to check out.....I was told that I suddenly had a balance!!! Seriously!!! If that wasn't bad enough......I got calls from people that booked their stay here for my wedding and to my horror learned that my cousin didn't even have an air conditioner in their room....only a wall fan ...... In Las Vegas in June?!?!?! My mother had peeling wallpaper in her room and a filthy a/c filter that kept the room hot. My friend got turned away and harassed for her service dog that was clearly marked as a service dog!! And so, so much more!!!! I remember this hotel from childhood. I was excited to finally stay here and have a kid friendly environment for my wedding guests. But WOW!!!!! I never dreamed this place would be this heartbreaking! In short........Save your money!!!! Book elsewhere!! I can personally vouch for the sad state of this place and promise that if you book here.....you WILL regret it!!!! I can say that I personally will NEVER stay there again!!!!!
