  • Don did an amazing job with fixing our unit! Our AC completely died on a Friday evening in the middle of July in Las Vegas. Our home warranty claims department (on the East Coast) was closed and wouldn't open again until Monday. With temperatures soaring over 110 degrees, I couldn't wait. I called Super Service Cooling & Heating and they were able to fit us into their super busy schedule the next day. They arrived on time and Don worked really fast. After talking to us about our options, in less than an hour, our AC unit was fixed and trying to cool off our house again. Don literally saved us (Las Vegas heat is no joke!). Plus, he gave us some really sound, professional advice with no up-selling gimmicks regarding our unit and maintenance.
