  • After reading some of the other reviews about the Elysian I felt compelled to leave a review about my experience of being a tenant for 3 years in hopes of helping someone who is considering moving to this complex.. Pros Beautiful Units Clean Gym Friendly maintenance staff Refreshments in Lobby Mint Lockers Great enclosed dog run Cons The front desk staff is a mess. No one is on the same page and it genuinely feels like they hire people with absolutely no office etiquette/training. Our patio was destroyed by pigeons and they did absolutely nothing to resolve this issue for us. It was so bad that we could not even use our patio because it was COVERED with pigeon feces. The package system was a disaster (it was always so difficult to find my packages) Most of the pool chairs were broken The units are over-priced and even though they are gorgeous they are cheaply constructed and things break easily. All in all....we moved out!
