  • Gave my baby the wrong shot!! Reporting them !! Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting over an hour to an hour and a half. And that's with a newborn ! My poor baby had to be taken out to the car to be fed and changed twice while waiting ! The worst part is, they never read their charts. They also never remember what they told you or what they put the baby on from the last visit. you have to remind them Also, because they didn't read my sons chart they GAVE HIM THE WRONG SHOT. Reporting this office !
