I'm never that person who complains about service calls or service in general but this is BEYOND ridiculous!!!!!! Direct TV sucks! I was in hold for 2 hours!!!!!!!!! And my issue is still not resolved! I pay crazy money for NFL Sunday ticket and my RedZone channel is not working and they can't tell me what's wrong or when it will be fixed! What am I paying for?!?!
Their services in general have become more and more expensive. We are paying $125 a month for just basic package with all taxes and fees. It's awful!!!
The only 2 stars they deserve is because any time I called service or technical department previously, representatives have been pretty good.
Plus monopolizing NFL Sunday ticket is pretty awful. So now I can't switch to another provider if I want to get that service?!
