  • I went in to get a trim with long layers and I told her the shortest layer I wanted was up to my shoulder . Instead she cut all my hair to that length. My hair was down to my butt . I calmly said to her since you already cut my hair off can u at least give me a nice hair cut and fix it. She made it worse by cutting it shorter and cutting it unevenly .. I've never been SO MAD and PISSED OFF!!!! I'll never go here again. Anyone with long hair DONT EVER go to PATTY . She the owner that's what she says..it'll take me 2 years or so grow my hair back to normal length I used to have it.. I hope they close down!!!!!
